Dubai’s Miracle Garden: a floral oasis in the desert

visiter le miracle garden dubai

The Miracle Garden in Dubai is a wonderful place where flowers are the centrepiece. This place is filled with beautiful floral arrangements, flower sculptures and themed gardens. It is the largest garden in the world. It was created to celebrate the cultivation of flowers. Since we at SecondNatur also celebrate plants, we’ll take you on an inspirational stroll in this article.

1. Visit the Miracle Garden in Dubai

The Miracle Garden in Dubai is a stunning garden that is sure to impress you. In this garden you will see flower sculptures of all shapes and colours. Some of these sculptures are even big enough to hold several people! It is open every day from October to May, from 9am to 9pm, and the entrance ticket is only AED 10 (about €2.50). It’s a perfect place for a day of chilling out and unwinding, and you’ll certainly be blown away by the beauty of the garden.

2. The different flowers of the Miracle Garden

The gardeners have planted more than 150 million flowers of different varieties, making it the largest flower garden in the world. These millions of flowers are spread over more than 7 hectares in Dubai’s Miracle Garden. Visitors can admire the different varieties of flowers while walking through the aisles. There are tulips, roses, orchids and much more. Visitors can also buy plants and flowers to decorate their own garden. If you’re looking for a place to escape the winter blues, look no further than Dubai’s Miracle Garden! This magical place is full of colour and life, and is sure to put a smile on your face.

3. How is the Miracle Garden being maintained?

A team of gardeners enters the Dubai Miracle Garden at dusk and maintain the entire garden. They prune the flowers, bushes, grass and replant (if necessary) to ensure that the floral themes are as elegant as in their original form. Also, the watering system comes from recycled waste water and a drip irrigation system. This still uses up to 757,000 litres of water every day.

In conclusion, although it is not the most ecological of gardens, the walk through it is a source of inspiration for all the creative people in the world. Every year, new flower sculptures are created: the Floating Lady, the Floral Clock, the Teddy Bear, the castles… So there are always new sources of inspiration for us. Shall we give you a tour?
